Bullshit. The Dbz and Kai animes were never ment to end at the cell saga. It originally was with the manga that toriyama wanted to finish at the cell saga but the shonen jump producers urged him to continue. the anime were only adapting to the manga. So don't go around saying "Buu saga isn't canon!" because it is. Also with Kai, in episode 98 they shown had every intention to continue to the buu saga but they were forced to stop due to FujiTV pulling kai.

Even better, it was his own son he got to train, and not only that, he got to finally have some father-son time with him after so long. Plus at the end when he finally decides to pass the torch to the next generation.

Gohan: I'm sure you know how much development was on Gohan in this Saga. Him wanting to train w/ Goku & Piccolo and actually WANTING to be in the frontlines of battle, then him finally getting father-son time w/ his dad, and finally, his whole thing w/ his uncontrollable power.

@xam10000hehe Not to mention Future Trunks, who went through such a tragic past & was working to save his future. Meeting up w/ his father for the first time & seeing just how much of a douche he was, and also deciding to go ahead & save their world even when he knows it wont affect his future.

Heck, many people dont bring this up, but even the HUMANS develop in Cell Saga, and not just Krillin w/ his whole thing w/ 18. Tien, Yamcha & Chiaotzu realize they're out of their league & quit.

@xam10000hehe Well, I wouldn't necessarily call Krillin's settlement in family as development, that was more of just confirmation of the development w/ 18 we got at the end of Cell Saga. It was nice to see that, though. And yea, you're right that Vegeta, Gohan, and even Majin Buu get development.

But still, I feel like the development in Cell Saga was done better.

@snakeisninja It's true. They will change the entire DB Kai BGM with Kikuchi's BGM (the same BGM they use for Z). The last 2 episodes of DB Kai (Episodes 96&97) use Kikuchi's BGM and the BGM for the earlier episodes of DB Kai is being change as we speak or maybe already done.

@MrVegeta360 My personal favorite will be falconer because i grew up with it, but the majority of his music wasn't that great, and the funi dub played it non-stop in every scene to the point where it was annoying as hell. I love Yamamoto's soundtrack, it fits DBZ perfectly, nuff said. But he stole it, so it makes sense why they had to take it out. But I have to disagree with you on Kikutchi. Sure he's not as good as Yamamoto, but he isn't bad at all, and it still fits DBZ.
