The glass dome on the top of the Reichstag is a symbol for the transparency of the german government. Every tourist can go up there to look down on the parliament and watch german politicians in session. We choose the british architect Norman Foster to design it.
The best thing about Berlin is it's citizens, and of course you can talk to every german about WW2. We're open to talk about everything, because Germany has changed completely.
I'm glad you got to visit Berlin. I spent two weeks in East Berlin in 1968 and had a great time with some very nice people. Would love to visit again.
Though if I only had two weeks left to live, I'd go to Prague. :)

I haven't been to Berlin since 92. I imagine a few things have changed since then.
