No! she did miss her cue and that's even if its out of sync for less than a second. Normally after she humps the boom box and spins, she bends back and bangs her head forward. She doesn't do that here, instead she bends her head back and quickly sings after without even bringing her head forward.

To top that off, she regularly sings this live. But her voice sounds refined here compared to her other performances. It might be lip synched.

Yeah, she did miss her cue. I always like to try and see if I can catch her in messing up live. In this one you can see she missed her cue, and you can hear a tiny bit of her original vocals before she starts to sing again. =]
