The first clue this is a scam is the "sucess stories" movie they show you. 1st person says "I own a yacht, expensive cars, a beach house, a mountain house and a big city house. 2nd person claims they own the exact same thing. 3rd person says they own the exact same thing. Now, how many rich people have the exact same taste in spending money?
For those who can think for yourself, this is the best part of his book. I have learned from Mr. Kiyosaki's books the proper success mindset, same with Mr. Trump's books. Take notes and listen to what men like these have to say... it works. I have turned my life around. There is nothing more rewarding than helping other people change their life and realize what they can do, and then help them do it! It is not about the money, You help others, your money problems will go away, this works!
I don't think most of the people on here get it so I'll try to fill you in. For starters this isn't suppose to be a turnkey solution, but he does tie products into his seminars that will increase his sales (only if you feel like you need the information). In his books he addresses that you pay for his teachings, mainly on business and real estate models, not a solution to get you out of debt or replace your job tomorrow. If you bothered to learn from the examples or takes notes, maybe you learn?

@DrJack55 Let me guess: You have sought for job security and benefits and playing it safe, right? Because, obviously, anything other than the path YOU have chosen must be a scam. No one knows better than you how to carve out a successful, productive life.
