  • I just found this tune on vinyl in a record shop for £6, i only popped in as i was passing. I feel sorry for people today who will never know what it is like to find an amazing record on an off chance. Its all to easy to download shit - no passion in it.

  • The records playing backwards :)

  • both cut chemist and shadow are not involved in this song.....

    this is created by coldcut....

  • have an eargasm.....

  • "it's 1 o clock to 3 o clock, saturday night, now heres what we do....

"mash up the speakers with the broader selection, coldcut in your face, coldcut in a wicked place...

    coldcut were pioneers peeps

  • @cctv786

if you mean the whistling loop at 0:32 it was originally sampled by Public Enemy on "Rebel Without a Pause", it's sampled from The J.B.'s - The Grunt

  • nice track Cut Cemist is the best!

  • Yeah we use dongle's we have to rob off lions n stuff, sucks loads when me lappy runs out of battery and have to wait for some magic storm to recharge us up. Tough being here buddy, not enough patchbays for my akai & 909 :)

  • First heard this in 1990-91. In 1998 or 1999, I bought the vinyl on EBAY after some fierce bidding, for $85.00. (I refused to lose) It's fantastic, and worth every penny...I used to listen to this radio show called "Across 110th St.", and the last time (2007) I went into the city, they were playin' this...

It's a stone cold classic. Thanks for posting this!

  • @ssoultrain well done ssoultrain that you got it on ebay. This is a great track that I have not heard in ages, thanks for posting Marc, good mixes of James Brown in there too.

  • @ssoultrain never realised this is worth so much cash

i got a copy from a second hand record shop in sydney about 7 years ago for about $8

I love this mix - an absolute 100% party rocker

this music has the power to heal the lame
