very nice.i want to bend some glass plates over a wet wooden form.but i am not sure if it works.want to build a small wardrobe with some nice bend glass.hopefully it works :P
Emm, the flame doesn't get orange due to the cooling (in that case it would get orange immediately after putting a glass tube in it) but due to presence of sodium ions forming in high temperature (when the glass is molten). Thanks for posting this video ;)
very good video, but you need to convert your chart to celsius! hehe, a bunsen flame's peak temperature is around 1560 degrease celsius (normally) - assuming you use methane (natural Gas)... check out stiochiometric adiabatic flame temperatures, anyhow very good video
you can estimate a flames temperature by its colour and combustion type, assuming itys hydrocarbons, its very interesting, but the flame must be 1000 celsius plus because glass melts at 1000 celsius, 1000 celsius is 1832 btw (F) F = 1.8 x c + 32 :D
Good point, but still not the best it could be, also considering that you had to use a million year old program to make the movie not bad at all actually quite good.
Now using a pipette show me how to make a downstem for a bong.
