My favorite song from the "Tears to Tiara" Anime OST. :-)

But i think you are mistaken: This is not "Song of a new era - harp" (this would be song #23 from the game OST).

The japanese title of this one is 勇敢なる戦士たち (something like "brave warriors" in english).
