I have no idea what they were talking about but I absolutely loved it haha. The first part was on rule of thirds, I guessed it because of the grids. The second was on reflecting light, third was on portrait and I forgot the last one.. candid shots maybe? Anyway, photography is a universal language. Keep these videos coming :) Regards, from USA!
