On the other hand, Saddam killed 300,000 Kurds as well as thousands of minorities and political opponents. Saddam would have gone on to butcher many more thousands of Iraqis.

Frum would like to think that the term Neocon doesn't really mean anything anymore.

(Now that the Iraq war is a recognized failure by the American people).

The Neocon movement was the strongest push for the Iraq and the supposed Iran war.

They goal is to dominate, get control of, annihilate or destroy, or otherwise get rid of Israel's enemies, through the use of any means whatever, especially through the use of American influence and power.
