Camstudio is way better than anything else if you get the settings right. I made a tutorial on how to do that.

If zoom not work do it on a after effect program like sony vegas.. look on how to get it free!

I am not sure. I haven't used this in a while. I usually use camtasia studio 6.0. It is a much better software =)
