  • Hi Carl,

Great tone. I sometimes find that if I am playing clean, throwing that sucker, I think down, gives me a bit more punch to cut through the band mix. Like you said it rolls the treble off I hear that too, but I think it gives a bit more bottom or mid punch. Something perhaps can be called "stronger".

    Rock on!

  • Hey Pat - Great to hear from you mate. Thanks once again for your kind comments. Yes i didnt realise i had so much reverb on there til i played it back at home on camara, its set at 5 on a Fender 65 deluxe reverb. but pleased you enjoyed it. • It's nowhere near as dark as I expected. You can still hear the sweetness and Gretsch twang come through. Seems to inspire me to play Sleepwalk and Won't Stand In Your Way kind of music the girls like. Thanks for doing the video! Such a sweet, soft, singing guitar. Delicate, but I'm feelin it. I like the darkness with the switch up, too. Will suit jazz standards. I'm gonna love this thing. Rock on! 5*
