who cares if shes had surgery still beautiful and overall a talented singer who can sing. As opposed to the singers who are all about marketing and image these days and do not have the best voices in other words cant sing. Go Olivia
At one point, after taking such a long period off from singing, her voice suffered from lack of use. She was worried about vocal cord polyps, but even then she would not have surgery to remove them. Instead, she said she would retrain her voice with practice and hard work. Over the last 6 or 7 years, she stuck to the program, toured, and now her voice is just as clean and smooth as it was in the 70s and 80s.
Olivia has not had any plastic surgery or botox or anything unnatural to augment her appearance. Adverse to all poisons, she especially is vehemently against botox.
She's completely natural and believes clean and healthy living will allow her age gracefully.

Hi. That comment was over a year ago. I've since changed my opinion. She's looking more and more like Donald Duck with those lip injections, and it looks like she may have had fat injected into her cheeks. Why do women always go overboard?
It's obvious Livvy has had some work done in the last year or so... little pick me up since the difficult time she had with her missing boyfriend. She's always been beautiful and youthful-looking, but there's something plastic about her face now.
You guys, come on be realistic, Olivia has DEFINITELY had cosmetic surgey. She looks FABULOUS, but, there is no question - her eyes, eyebrows and lips - most definitely. It's an awesome job and there's nothing wrong with it, it's 2006, but, girlfriend has most definitely been touched-up! Saw Olivia in concert last Saturday & Sunday in New Jersey... AWESOME!!
ONJ is on the record saying she has not had plastic surgery (other than any from her battle with breast cancer). She looks even better in person. She is one sexy 58 year old.
I don't care if she has had work.She looks beautiful and sounds fantastic here.

she looks amazing! she's 59 and she looks much better than some 30 year olds! and her voice is still amazing!
