ok i need some military advice (preferably from someone actually inlisted) I need to make a decision between joining the Army and the Air Force. I am in decent shape and made a 72 on the ASVAB. I can pass either PT test but im not sure what I should try and join,SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!!!

We had 500 people in our class. One of them was a Marine. Only 33 people made it strait through. Me and that Marine were one of them. It doesn't matter really what branch your in. Ranger School is just a Leadership School. It's not Army Specific.

@Devildog You might be able to convince these civilians that you will be a ranger on March 27th but you can't fool a soldier..basic is 10 weeks long..plus for ranger school you have to go through RAISP..and there is a huge waiting list..you might b assigned to the ranger bat but you won't be tabbed..so stop trying to front and focus on getting your ate up as through basic training.

@Devildog1500PSN Rangers are not the Army's Marines there buddy. So you're telling me our Special Operations Forces are the equivalent of a standard Marine. If I recall, the average marine doesn't go through Airborne, Air Assault, And Scuba school. Oh and airborne is entirely different from Rangers or any Army SF. Yes you have to do airborne in the school. But standard infantry, even MP's can do airborne. Get your facts right there genius. I also like how your name is devildog1500Playst
