iam confused on taking no 2 red... how many exactly do i have to take... i weigh 180lbs. ... is iit like no2 black where u take3- 4 before breakfast and lunch? no2 red doesnt really say
whatever happened to MRI's CE4?? that was the ORIGINAL pwo...it was orangy and gave me an intense mental state...better than jack3d and all these other ones out there...you guys need to bring that shit back i was a huge fan.

How many do you take, the box says 1 caplets before breakfast. I don't see goin from 8 a day no2 black to only 1 pill.
