Why didn't you use the triangle kerchif and press 1 as you stood through the ghost? It makes you a ghost/invisible thing.. Maybe something would have happened?

I don't know, I never got to her ghost because I didn't know you could do that. x3 I want to go try now, those crazy ladies scare me though. xD

This is the only event I've yet to find (besides Monoe, but that's due to laziness). I swear, I've even found that creepy thing in the white desert, but can't get the closet to take me here. Could stabbing the tori-whatever really work...?

You can interact with the ghost. Cat effect.

Every single NPC in this game is affected by the Cat effect. It's hard to define NPC's in this game, but basically anything that walks around and looks like a regular old character sprite will be affected by the Cat effect. It won't work on things like say, monsters much bigger than Madotsuki herself.

I might be remembering it wrong but this is what I did.

I sat down

I used the bike

I used the lamp

I was fast. Whenever I pushed 1 she sat down and I heard the lamp click. I pushed 1 and she got up and she was still fast. Later, I wound up in a dark room and that was how I discovered the lamp was working.

If you do the speed boost trick, after you use the b ike in the chair, any effect you equip will carry over with the boost.

So far I have tested

knife

snow woman

Lamp

and they all carry over with the boost. But you dont see the effect unless you go to the menu screen.

I'm not sure what you mean, but any effect you use will make you go faster, although the Bike in particular makes you go a bit faster. Using any effect off the chair will end the trick.
