  • i feel sorry for sandy yes she moans a lot but i do skating i compete and i know how it feels to have an injury so sorry guys i think she is in a lot of pain here.

  • People! sandy has had pasion for this her whole life. this is probley the only thing she knows! Yes, her back hurts , i understand she complains way to much but i think she complans because she doesnt know what else to do. this is the only thing she knows - sorry guys needed to rant - :]

  • i personally do not understand why sandy keeps going on about her back. as a figure skater i understand not wanting ti get off the ice when you have an injury. i also understand that every moment a skater is on ice they can't think about anyone or anything else. she is a great skater but she has completely lost focus. you have to keep thinking of the dream not the injury.

  • when ever i watch alissa skate i always think things are harder than they really are because shes a lefty skater & im a righty skater & things just look harder clockwise! lol

  • okay, first of all, it is extremely hard with an injury. i applaud sandy for trying to compete & for not giving it up and it only tells us one thing about her, & that is that she isn't a quitter! having an injury can be very physically and emotionally exhausting, & i don't think some of u understand that. her coach needs to know how much pain she is in, & it seems like he doesn't want to be on her side & i agree she is working super hard! i congratulate her she couldve done a lot worse than 6th!

  • why is sandy even competing? if she has a back injury then shouldnt she take the season off to relax and prepare to make the next season even better? shes only putting the pressure upon herself

  • LOL @ 3:49!

  • sandy complains SO MUCH. its so annoying. we get it your back hurts!! She's the one that decided she wanted to compete so she needs to give it her all. if i was her coach i would be pulling out my hair right now

  • i totally agree with you... she whines too much, instead of whining she should practice her jumps! and no offense, but she could lose weight, it would really help!

  • I totally agree- I bet Sandy is in pain, but she really needs to listen to her coaches. She seems like kinda a brat from that video clip-I'm sure she's not though.

  • I agree Sandy is in Pain but it doesn't seem she is trying fully !!!

  • Sandy had the skate of her life to win US jr title

  • i agree sandys coach is a diva for sho....sandy is definitly workin hard ...she repeated the jumps like 20 times....one thing is popin them then other is jumping jknowing ull fall but u ll try....oh my look t ryan ye haw that guy is hot woah :D

  • Sandy Rucker...Her face, her attitude says it all. She's not going to make it to the top. Yeah, Just blame it on your coach. Got an injury Sandy? Then get off the ice for a treatment and a rehabs.

  • I feel so sorry for sandy I skate and compete and I know how it feels to have an injury.sure she moans a lot she is in pain here.I totaly diagree with you sorry.

  • @boabstewart i dont feel sorry for her at all. i skate and compete too, and if I have an injury, especially a back injury, you take time off, regardless of when it is in the season. your spine is what will make or break your career. im surprised she didn't do serious damage to hers...

  • Her coach is an ass. Does he not understand that she has a seriously bad back injury and is in pain every time she moves? "I don't like the way she's behaving." How's she behaving; like she's in pain?!

  • i don't think sandy's coach is doing her any good.

  • i agree! they arent working well together at all.

  • my coach and i are very close and we work really well together. do you skate?

  • I think maybe Sandy's just refusing to put in the effort necessary to get to where she wants to be. She comes across as very Nicole-Bobek-ish.

  • think about it, she's in pain...her coach should be more understanding.

  • I agree. Her coach is not a problem. She, herself and her attitude is where the problem emerge from. She's in pain? Then why not take a break and repair them so she can stop complaning.
