  • Did the sauce yesterday with my duck and it was GRATE!!!! First timer, never cooked the duck be4 :) I even brushed my roasting potatoes with it and they were a HIT!!!

  • I did the sauce recipe yesterday and it was GREAT!!! Loved it!! First time cooker of duck :)

  • I use Thyme sprigs instead of, or in addition to, the parsley and rub the skin with cornstarch to make it crispier before the initial cooking. don't forget to stab the duck all over to release the fat more easily, and get out your holiday frustrations :D.
