i get similiar results at 1920x1080 and 1280x768 with aa and af at highest along with everything else. And i have a Pentium 4 3ghz with a 4670. maybe mines is on par with yours because you have a 4650. The reason why im concerned is because i want to get this cpu and i want my performance to SORE compared with what i have now.
vsync to 30?
that doesn't look like natural performance bottleneck

My friend, your Video card is ok. Only the CPU drag the speed.

this is a review. it's not my gaming PC.
Also, I can increase the performance by a lot if I change the video card, not the processor in the above case. The CPU is perfectly sufficient.

no, it's only slow because of FRAPS when you record the video. I'm not recording the video with FRAPS

it's slow motion in 30 fps. You need 60 fps to play this game properly
