Every military man or diplomat must think of the many different possibilities of their actions on the future to judge what to do today.
To the author : You meant a scenarion in which the Napoleon dynasty (regardless whether the one of the first or second French empire of the 19. century) invades North America ? If yes - pretty funny and original idea. :-)
