the most of it was correct... but the beginning was not correct. listen to the song. look up the drummer playing it. theres pings with the ride cymbal and dirty crashes on the china. Try to back off the snare a little. maybe loosten you bottom head. you snare sticks out to much. This sounds good but you snare dude... its overwhelming.

great job, i can tell you were using a double bass pedal cuz you added some notes on the baseline whiich is sweet. Chad does play this with one pedal though/. Ive been playn this song alot recently and it is hard as hell to nail those triplets with a single pedal....great job though

I use Sabian AAX 8" and Sabian AAX 10" to get that double splash transition in the song. It's perfect for that combo splash fill. You can use a Z-Bel or the bell on your ride for that whole note, just like you are doing. Keep it up!

actually chad szeliga doesnt use double pedal for the parts you're talking about (other than the bridge part). He's using the slide technique on a single pedal. Check out my cover of DOJ. I dont put on a show like MDCop does but the playing is at least 95% accurate.
