That's a simple matter of changing your computer settings. I change mine a lot to match whatever wallpaper I have up. Normally if you right-click your desktop and go to properties, then the 'appearance' tab, and then advanced. You can then manually change all of the colors your desktop and window bars your computer displays. There's also premade ones, but I hate most of them.
Nice job! I like it! And just to tell you, if you ever need help with PhotoShop, I'm no expert, but I can help you with basic stuff. It's sooo hard to use PS in the beginning when you don't know what you're doing! Though you seemed to do fine ^^ 5/5 I hope to see more from you =D

Well what you see is Photoshop CS2, what I draw on is a Bamboo Fun Wacom Tablet, and I recorded it all with HyperCam.
