Annual Meet in Beijing Arts Festival will kick off April 27, and run throughout the month of May, with over 150 performances of classical music, opera, theater to mandopop (Mandarin pop).

Touted as one of the world's best competitive choirs, Finland's Helsinki YL Male Voice will present works by Jean Sibelius on May 5 while for dance fans, the gala of classic ballet by the Bolshoi Ballet and Mariinsky Theater Ballet Company is always a star-studded program for audiences on May 13 to 14.
The Chechen-Ingushi State Song and Dance Ensemble, the Folk Song and Dance Ensemble of University of Warsaw, and the Cameroon National Dance Troupe are also set to enchant with their grand regional styles.
One of the highly anticipated concerts will be Rock Record's 30th Anniversary Concert held on May 1. As Asia's most prominent independent record label, founded in Taiwan, Rock Records hopes to lead about 100 artists on the Beijing stage, following an overwhelming Taipei get-together four months ago.
"I didn't expect it would happen again after Taipei's success and hope all music lovers will see the value of pop music and wisdom of Chinese pop artists at the Beijing National Stadium,"said Johnny Duan, the founder of Rock Records.
Chaoyang Pop Music Week will form part of the event, running from April 30 to May 2 with public outdoor events held at various parks, venues and university campuses across the city.
Since it began in 2000, the festival has featured performances by over 30,000 artists and 1,000 art troupes from 110 countries and regions.

You must NOT ask for democracy, since it will bring you to the same situation we have in America or Italy, Greece, Spain, Portougal and so on. Every type of governments is actually corrupted and not interested in populations problems or rights. We must stand united and bring power to the people, by destroying the monetary system.

一个国家或民族的复兴不是二三十年可以完成的. 美国花了二百多年才有今天的"成就",间中还靠掠奪别国的资源.
今天中国基本上解决了十三亿人温饱的问题,下来一二十年才有能力建立完善的法治.盲目的坚持西方式的"民主"只能掉入西方的圈套.美国不原看到中国崛起,难怪要对中国指指点点.苏联不够前车之鉴?
看看埃及等,美国要的是符合美国利益的傀儡政权,不是真的要帮他们建立民主,所以穆巴拉一坐三十年,美国有真正的要他实行民主吗?
