if you watch the mayweather - hatton fight at the MGM, the brits were totally digusting. totally no respect to the host country. what more if it was held in th UK. yuck.

For some pointless reason, the Brits booed continually while the US Anthem was being sung. The behavior of the invited was not only disgusting. Yes, it was that bad! The booing was deliberate and meant to drown out and negate the American anthem. What a shame. Brits, all barbaric like the mexicans in the miss univ. event, night needed a lesson. poor ricky hatton.

Snooker would be more played world wide if people had room in there homes and pool rooms for a 12X6 suface ...pool tables are smaller so people can fit them anywere. There is no money in pool but there is....Snooker

is pool in general popular in UK? cuz i mean like is US, we got pool players, but it's not a very widely open sport even though lots of people play, but not many care about who's the pro or watsoever

not really no. we play 8ball on a 5 foot or 6 foot table but its mainly seen as a kids game. it gets very little air time. (unlike snooker, which is huge over here). its a shame because 9ball is a great game.
