I met Frank after a Vital Information concert many years ago. My buddy wanted a photo with Steve Smith, and in the process we ended up talking with Frank. This was right before he started touring with Chick Corea. Frank was very nice, quite humble, and obviously excited about his upcoming gig. It didn't surprise me years later to find that Frank's a pal of Allan Holdsworth.
