Oh, we say Happy New Year here until the middle of January! Dia de Reis is a good date and we are putting away our Christmas tree this sunday :) i have to make a video with the party pictures, so you have a glimpse of what it was. It did not rain, oddly enough - we had rain the past 3 newyear´s so we got lucky. Also, it would be weird for me to have snow in the new year! lol

Well i am trying to follow the south beach diet, that concentrates on healthy eating and whole wheat breads and pasta...it takes some time to get used to it, but it is indeed great for your body. Ask a doctor before you go into any diet, it is important to check in with a professional every once in a while! Good luck and Happy New Year! :D

Remember it could always be hotter, out here it got up to 49c for a couple of weeks, it felt like hell lol.
