What I am saying is that you can stream and capture video with a USB video grabber. If you are looking for a device I to capture gameplay I would recommend getting a Dazzle which can be found for around 50 dollars at your local bestbuy. Feel free to ask any questions I will respond as quickly as I can.

1.Dazzles dont work in some countries and HD PVR`s work everywhere.

2.The Dazzles quality sucks and the HD PVR has the best quality there is.

3.The HD PVR can also be used an av splitter if you know how to do it.

so just buy the HD PVR

You know, you shouldn't need to have your recording settings on their highest settings to record high quality machinima. I bought a capturecard from dick smith electronics, and I can record really good quality videos on it's lowest AVI setting.
