An idea is to make a holder/box for a capacitor with it's leads soldered internally to some standardized adapter plug sheme on the body of the holder/box. This way the user, for their safety and convenience, would not have to mess with the leads of the capacitor, etc. Sort of like for your "capacitor charging station".
But super capacitors have all sorts of lead types. That is specifically why I used terminal blocks. As well, the only danger that these super caps could pose to a person, is if you shorted the legs directly and burned yourself. You can lick the leads of a charged super cap, and it won't hurt you. They are extremely low voltage. Once , I shorted my large capacitor bank directly rom the positive to the negative, and the insuation on the wire set on fire. =s That's dangerous
