@Jimenez439 I have a Windows 7 OS and it still works on mine, and regarding the crashes for cydia, I am most certain that your iPod is a tethered jailbreak, which essentially means that you have to re-jailbreak your iPod and this time don't select "Jailbreak," instead you have to select "Extras" then select "Just Boot" and then follow the instructions to jailbreak it. Hopefully the crashes will be gone.
