this bass is a yamaha trb 5p II and the bassist is called nick fyffe and it was the second bassist for jamiroquai...the first was stuart zender who still plays warwick basses and nowadays jamiroquai's bassist is called paul turner and plays fender jazz basses and musicman stingray basses...

Ho visto il concerto a catania dello stesso tour, non capisco come mai abbia fatto il dvd all'arena di verona, lo scenario naturale offerto dalla spiaggia e dal mare di catania (il palco era montato direttamente in spiaggia)è sicuramente molto + bello dell'arena, la cosa che rende suggestivo il dvd dell'arena è la pioggia in alcune canzoni, ma solo quello...

Well, the only bad thing about the Funk Odyssey era is not that Jamiroquai switching to electronica, but it's actually not having a horn section on that tour. Cause w/out it, Jamiroquai would sound like a sell-out electronica pop band. The irony is the horn section appeared in Carling Homecoming, & in Jamiroquai's performance of "Bad Girls" & "Love is the Drug". Anyway, this version of Canned Heat/Everybody's Going to the Moon rules that I kept practicing it on my bass w/ bass effects.
