  • awesome job! We've got those at home too, (I should start my own gym lol) bf had to have them, he used them once and that was it. I'm still using them on the wall and on my knees, I have no upper body strength. Great job!!!

  • start down with them pointing forward or up. while u go up turn them in or rotate them in. i have this and the schedule demands it. please. great vid. i hope i helped.  : )
