Most true, there is a website that sells replacement parts. Or just google Zune 30gb replacement screen. It will probably cost you like 30 bucks but its better then just having it brick there.
If that didn't happen, I would have been stuck with the old brown "brick" people still hate Zune for. (The first iPod wasn't as thin as it is now the day it started!!)

I'm keeping it, I'm still a huge Zune fan.
The screen doesn't work and I don't think even the HDD works anymore. Battery isn't at its best, either.

You might be able to get the iso of the Zune 30 software from torrents.

Yeah, but I don't trust torrents, the closest thing I can get is 2.5, and I get that from Zune boards, I didn't use it, though.
