Why is it that every time i click play (the triangle sign) the track loads first before it plays, how do i adjust it. I need it for some crucial "Snap Play" cues. But it loads first before it plays. Please help Thanks.. and God Bless :))

right im totaly new to this all but basicly i want to make some music like liquid drum n bass and everywere says ableton. right i downloaded it and im just confused i dont have anyfiles in my instraments like there all just empty how do i get instraments is there a book that explains stuff in simple to the person that is new to the whole thing as every video ive been on says " begginer" but its for people that have some knolage on the program already!

@DjTheVision Double click on a clip. and then at the bottom click the "L" button to reveal the Launch menu. you can select the Quantization from here and choose when it triggers

can anyone help me out im looking for a software that i can make all my drums and bass for when i.play gigs ill have a set tempo in the drums and then i loop and play my other instruments over it live. I just need something simple and easy to use, ill also be using a midi keyboard and mpd 18 to create the beats. I just dont want to spend alot of money on something i cant use.

I am having a problem trying to figure out how to set up one shot clips triggering. Can anyone help me? Here is the problem: If I record a clip and launch it, it will play all the way through, instead of stopping if I release my finger...by the way I am using the APC40.

@Moulde well like some other people said, in order to get those sounds he is talking about, you need to join the website/pay money. Something you can do if you dont want to pay money is find a bunch of different samples and loops and try to mess around/follow is instructions with your own stuff. it's difficult but some what works
