  • Is the sheetmuaic wvailable online somewhere? I would love ro learn this song.Cheers.

  • Thanks for sharing this beautiful tune and the sheet music. I am going to learn it on my low D. I also enjoyed your other videos with the pipes. I hope you'll post more low D videos as it sounds great. Some day I'll have a Goldie.

  • @misstinwhistle I occasionally Chinese tunes on the Low Whistle. In fact, the Chinese Dizi has the same 6-hole layout as the whistle. As Chinese music often is pentatonic, it fits very well on the whistle.

  • Beautiful. I just tried to access the link but I couldn't find it. :(

  • lovley

  • hey thats a really nice tune! im just starting out on the whistle after playing the guitar for a good few years. would love to learn this but cant seem to follow your link. is it still up online. plz help :)

  • I love this melody and the fire in the video. Nice interpretation.

    Gretting from Galicia.

  • What a wonderful sound ! I'd like to learn Low whistle, but because of my tiny hands I can only play que tin whistle... >_<

  • @Julikiwi You can find low d's for smaller hands.... Dixon has some :)

  • Very lovely. I downloaded the score though, and the rhythms written are nowhere close to what you're playing. I'm going to re-notate it so I can duplicate your interpretation more exactly. It's so free and haunting. Beautiful.

  • @fluteguy18 Thanks. It's a slow air without meter, man. Therefore, any notation can only be a rough description of what's going on in the tune. I might have changed the odd note while playing, though.

    Good luck with your endeavour:-)

  • @fluteguy18 It would be just great if you could upload that. :)

  • Very nice playing

  • I had watched this video a million times in the past three years...I think all low whistle videos on the youtube have your video as related...kkkkk...Awesome...really awesome...

  • @andrenm2 I feel very honoured to brighten up your day:-). Thanks to you and thank you also to hovell0007, heavycocaine and all the other posters who commented favourably to this vid.

  • i love that song. Much like carlos nunez....

  • beautiful

  • Lovely! Makes me want to lie down and close my eyes!

  • I like the sound of overton whistles but they are really expensive... :( I make my low whistles on my own.. With a good reverb they are great.. check my channel! anyway great playing, that's a really beautiful air

  • is the most beautiful melody I've ever heard, thanks for the gifts.

  • Very beautiful :)

    Congratulations for your sheet !

  • i like the sound of the low whistle very good . cheers T

  • Absolutely Gorgeous!!! I Love the sound of that low D! And of course you are a very talented player! How long have you been playing mate? Thanks for the music!

  • Great piece¡¡¡¡ I will play it. Thanks a lot for your music. I´m from Galicia and we have also aour Finisterre.

    Greetings.

  • Beautiful composition and execution. Thanks, as well, for posting the "dots".

  • What kind of whistle are you playing? It is an alba? or a chief? Thanks, great song!!

  • Haunting, beautiful!

  • Very nice man!

It must be a beautiful landscape if it inspired you to write this.....

  • Beautifull!!! TT

  • Stunning, what a calming inspiring piece. Thank you!

  • Beautiful!

  • Very nice work, I loved it =3

  • Man. That's beauty full! I feel enchanted...

  • Merveilleuse mélodie, ça donne envie de passer du tin whistle au low whistle !!! Merci beaucoup : 5 *****

  • Fantastic!

  • Lovely. Almost sounds like a fiddle being played in places.

  • Lovely tune!

Can the score be found anywhere? The address listed in the info appears to no longer be valid.

  • you didn't read his instructions properly my friend. You need to delete the space before the jpeg. Then it will work. Cheers

  • Ahhh thank you! I did not see that before! Thanks for the pointer!! -marqueA2

  • Great playing!

  • that fire is fake isnt it lol

  • I can tell you for sure it isn't. The spacey snouts are for venting as the fireplace isn't attached to a chimney. It works very well though looking very funky - that's why I put it in the picture.

  • lol i assumed it was fake because in all your videos the fire looks perfect! lucky man, ive always wanted a wood burning stove! and better yet to play a nice deep low d flute next to it. Very lucky! all you need now is a nice big dog and your set

  • Except for the whistle and meself, nothing in the vid is mine...

  • friends house? hotel where are you then lol

  • @silbenklempner

more than enough! Lovely tune, my friend

  • Lovely. I tried to go to the link of the score but its not there. Is it anywhere online? Thnks Claire

  • Somehow YT doesn't allow for the correct link in the description. Copy the adress and look for the blank space in it. Then eliminate it and voila!

  • hiya, i've tried this, can get to the celtic music site ok, but not to the score. Have you tried that link yourself & it works ok still for you? best wishes Claire

  • a little ruff in spots but it sounds really good although very sad

PS behind you to the left, what the heck is that thing and what are the pipes coming out of it carrying

  • amazing song, i try this song in my low whistle

    sorry for the joke LOL!!

  • warning !!!! the microwave is burning !!!!!!!!!

  • Very nice piece on the Low "D". I like how you feather the notes.
