OMG, and there I was, being proud of being able to do 5 reps of leg press with 80 kg. :) I've only started to seriously workout about 4 weeks ago and came across your videos. You look AMAZING! thanks for all the tips you're giving, they are extremely useful! I've been having a problem with getting cramps in my toes (of all places) every time I do dumbbell bulgarian splits. My trainer says that I'm doing it right and has no idea why the cramps occur. any tips? Thanks in advance.
@Tatjana07484 You may be tensing up your feet too much. Try pressing your whole foot into the ground and not squeezing up your toes. You may also want to try to do the exercise barefoot, as the arch support in your shoes could cause problems. Hope that helps!
i LOVE your type of legs, how long have you been training? Btw you look like a track and field athlete, have you ever been a track and field athlete in the past?
@Truejusticevoice Yes I have been a track and field athlete, running the 100 and 200m. I have been training for professionally for about 6 years, but have been an athlete all of my life!
@ChrisZFit i weight 143 and i front squat 170 X 10 reps , ass to the grass close legs. Well there is a lot people saying that if your goal is to become faster at sprints you shouldn't go that low? What do you think about that Chrissy Zmijewski?
@Truejusticevoice IT all depends on why you are doing deep squats. There are benefits/drawbacks for both deep squats and shallower squats. If you can maintain proper knee and spinal alignment, then going low is fine & will be beneficial for your sprints.
that squat on the smith machine with your knees together, what is that working? you are sooo lean!

@Sourpusscandy It's a variation of the sissy squat, targeting the quads

@deadlift99 I was close to 300lbs. I did a couple reps at 286, which would mean my 1RM is300lbs.
