funny cause its' true, this is the scene that got me to watch cowboy bebop. back in 7th grade i randomly flipped to CN and saw this episode on adult swim and thought it was the bomb. now cowboy bebop is my favorite anime

Cowboy Bebop is a terrible place to start watching anime. Everything else after it, will sound and look bland, shallow, and without the grandeur of a plot that slowly and powerfully transforms the series into something more than the sum of it´s parts. Cowboy Bebop is pretty much the best product of it´s time, and I don´t limit the scope of this declaration solely to animes.

The only issue I had with this episode/scene is that it was so well done, and it felt so final, that the actual final showdown was completely eclipsed by it. It really feels like it should have come much later.

@ilekurwa We're all entitled to Opinion but why would you say so? The dub of this anime IMO is one of the best yet, I even prefer it over the Japanese dub. Plus it's not the voice actors do a bad job or are not bad VA's either.

Why would you EVER watch Cowboy Bebop in anything but English? Even the creator himself admitted he preferred the dub, its one of the best dubs out there. Steve Blum just sells this character, Cristina Vee is amazing, I can't even imagine the genius behind Ed, and Beau Billingsea all the same!
