We have problems with high health care costs that reduce availability and drain away our national productivity, but the problem is too much government. Actually.....how does the immune system work....exercising boosts your immune system.....cancer patients need a healthy immune system.....while it may not cure cancer it definitely plays a major role. History 101 the government not only feeds and clothes you but the government is responsible for your overall well being. For example, the government introduced floride into the drinking water when they did a study on American dental health. In response to pandemics the government created the Center for Disease control (CDC) to ensure the overall health of the America. The problem with many on youtube is you are either not educated enough about your history and you blatantly ignore it.

The US is known around the world by our allies, as nation of contradiction... among other things. The real irony here is that the two sides of average ppl don't see that this country has been going down hill for the last 30 years. Now a foreign nation is going to own 1/3 of the care manufacturing industry, and our dollar is nearly on par with nations that used to buy our currency to stabilize their own economy. Now their protesting health care?!? Talk about the blind leading the stupid!

Should we have to pay to extinguish our neighbor's house in a fire? To educate other people's children if we have none of our own? If a woman is robbed, should our taxes be paying the salary of the officer who comes to her aid?
The reason socialized medicine is so widely accepted in European countries, is that it is viewed as a public service, without question. It is on the same level as fire/police coverage.
Perhaps, people would be keener to privatize these? I just don't get the logic.
