@caiolagana Yea this was done with a XFX HD 5450, You get tripple screen setup, as seen in the video, but it's more like 3 desktop in extended mode. Not true eyefinity like with windows
I am experiencing the same problem as this at the moment on a completely different operating system (Windows XP), so clearly the bug is with VLC alone.
VLC version 1.1.10, but it was doing it in earlier versions as well.

I just fixed the problem by selecting the "Direct3D video output" mode.

I'm guessing you're a newbie to Linux OS's.
