1. fact annie is the orginal singer indian stole the idea of mahiya from here

2. Annie had compoded the singer suzzne medeloy of her version of mahiya.

well annie the paki singer sang this as her single mahiya that broke charts in 2005 and broke recoreds of the most popular song thus making her famous later indian wanted to use the song in a movie. Their asked annie to sing her orginal but her accent made a problem so they asked a pure indian to sing it and make annie sing the remix version and changed the lyrics making 2 mahiya songs.
