if you need to do it to more than one frame change layer to a smart object then apply filter.

great! i have a cuestion, was is the easiest way to apply the "poster eges" filter to my video, because it only apply to one frame, and i dont want to go frame by frame addin the same filter, theres any fast way to select all my video and selec a filter ? sorry my bad english.

I finally got Photoshop CS3 Extended and there is so many options. And for those that cant afford CS3 Extended then i would suggest a free alternative its called Gimp. It has almost all the same features as Photoshop but is completely free.

Editing a picture in MS Paint is pretty hard.

I agree with pappana, pirating is STEALING! I understand MS Paintbrush is hard to use as well. Fortunately, there is GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program -free) until you can afford Photoshop. I used until I was 18 AND made a portfolio with it that got me a job as a photo retoucher in a company that uses Photoshop CS2.

Another option is the Academic version of Photoshop.

btw, GIMP can also apply filters to video. It's had that feature longer than Photoshop has. Check it out! Cheers all.
