  • my right shoulder blade sticks out more than the left...how can i put it back in???

  • @vagocdr yeeh mine 2

  • thanks so much man

  • Great video. I could barely do one stick up until doing one of Craig's TT workouts. Now I can do as many as I need no problems. I've shown this exercise to a stack of people at work and they all had the same problem. Well did, now they are fine.

PS - Who the f*** disliked this video? Tools.

  • thanks

  • thanks for the tip!!!!

  • Love it! Good stuff.

  • cbathletics.... You say in your video that you have clients that cant get into the "stickup" exercise start position.. well I cant either... and was wondering what advise you have so I can get to that position and then start doing the execise. I struggle very badly with shoulder mobility and it is painfull and effecting other things in my life! Any help appreciated!

  • nice work mate

  • Its old people shit!

  • thnkz for the advice

  • Exxcellent! Especially the 'stick up' exercise. Had an immediate effect.

  • Bruce Lee did a similar exercise (01:58) in Way Of The Dragon, just before he butchered Chuck Norris.

  • Thank you. I've had back pain for 9 years now. I'll give it a try.

  • cool

  • is it alright to do these everyday? Because with the standing wall stretch when i first tried i had extreme difficulty.

  • yes

  • @thorrin70 bodyweight training is fine to use 7 days a week. just watch the intensity levels and if u start to feel overtrained just skip a day or 2 and come back. when i was in the army there wasnt a day that went by that we didnt do bodyweight exercises up to 5 times a day. the first week you are very sore but it builds muscular endurance. after that first week just work on building up reps. always start with perfect form and range of motion so you dont injure yourself

  • Thiese are simple and useful. Thank you.

  • u probably have tendonitis bonethugs i have it i am 18 it sucks alot of clicking

  • same man, im bricking it cause im joing the RAF soon and they probs wont accept sum1 whos arms are falling of at the seams XD

  • wow i just tried these they actually feel like a workout! is it suppose to feel like that or am i just that unflexible? my shoulders are clicking alot to any idea what that could be?

  • @boneTHUGS111 My shoulders were clicking too during the Wall Slides and the thumbs up/down movement. I think it's normal, probably just the connective tissue in your shoulders moving around - but then again I was in the military. Mention it to your physician just in case.

  • Glad to help!

  • @Body4Beach just work on a comfortable range of motion and gradually increase whenever possible without pain and your muscles will strengthen and you will become more mobile
