i wonder how long it took pierre to compile this...? to fit it all together, must have taken a while... i am 37, and i am amazed by the mind, and relating to youngsters, i can see the relative perspective... and so i have respect for those further ahead than me... what comes with age... respect :)

You deal with youngsters? Would you say that there is a way to introduce younger childeren to philosophical thinking, or should you let them take their own path, is it ethical to guide a youngster in a certain direction, like parents who make their kids play piano?
Howdy, I am pretty sure that children learn through example. I suppose my teaching our Children to value the mind, they can learn to balance both the Material and Non Material. It seems the cores of what is taught in schools is a conditioning for materialistic life, I would suggest more funding for the Arts at schools in the US. The system is run my 'squares' for 'squares' and not for 'swiggles'! Heh. :P

This is a curious topic. How can one human being make another better? What is the value of teaching anyone including children to value the Mind?
