I really don't see why everyone seems to have such a problem with tech town. this is a great part of downtown that is important and i want to see it develop into a bigger technial center in detroit as well as the country. GO TECH TOWN!!!!

I can only hope tech businesses can come not only to Detroit, but the region. I'm extremely excited about the revival of the city, but I'm going to college for Computer Engineering, and there's not much of a tech sector here in Detroit. I want to be a part of the revival of the city and ideas like these are what make the city's revival so exciting.

nope. Very involved in downtown real estate actually. The "loft" market will crumble sooner rather than later. Dumby deposits and an extremely friendly press will give way to the reality of hard mumbers in the form of the lack of humans and dollars.
