I'm an independent from IN, no tea partier (though having some things in common, like the rule of law, not men), so he's not my governor, but anyone with a brain (i.e. not a Dim) knows Sumi's injunction was defective not even knowing the Secretary of State wasn't the one to enjoin. Proving Prosser is partisan. He had a perfect opportunity to discourage these kinds of ads when Gableman himself ran them against Butler during his campaign. This ad is completely comparable and should receive equal treatment. Only difference: these are against a right leaning justice.
