good tutorial, the bar hold is all body strength and technique. Once you have the hand positioning right (and you have enough upper body strength) you should be able to do it no problem.
very good explanation its soo hard to explain!! but he just takes the piss.... i think you should re-edit it and tell us what the best strengh exercises are to build up the strengh for one because we all know its hard!!!

That's how I gained strength for this. Upside down pushups are awesome! You can also just do them on a wall.

I suggest learning both ways so you can better understand the movement, but I have the most luck with my strong arm on the bottom.
