  • @jason08l4u2 Dude, its not about strenght, its about balance. I do 130 push ups and im still practicing on it.

  • @YTstaffviruscheck get ur sides, and ur stomach, its more intensive on those areas, rather then ur arms.... for the arms, its less intensive then the pull up, but thats how 'I' feel

  • This action is intensive on the obliques, both internal and external, the lower back and general strength in your hips. I am 6"3, 190 pounds and I could hold this for about 5 seconds - because that's how long my strength allows, on a normal day.

  • I can do and hold a handstand for a long period, yet I can only partially do this. However, it will only take a couple of weeks of trying to be able to do it.

  • That's how I gained strength for this. Upside down pushups are awesome! You can also just do them on a wall.

  • does it matter whether your stronger hand is on the bottom or top?

  • I suggest learning both ways so you can better understand the movement, but I have the most luck with my strong arm on the bottom.

  • it doesnt matter in any1 in terms of stress on your body as well as effectiveness. people can do it with stong on bottom, but i have it much easier with it on top

  • you need an extremely dense core (abdominals) to maintain a flag for more than 5 seconds

  • yeah you pretty much need a hella strong core i got my core strong before i learned this i got it in 2 days

  • it doesnt matter how tall you are, your muscles are proportionate to your body, if we are the same strentgh it should be just as easy for me as a 5"9 guy :L (im 15 btw)

  • Lmao he just talks normally while holding that. I hold it for less than a half a second and exhale all the air outta me from trying and tensing so hard.

  • good tutorial, the bar hold is all body strength and technique. Once you have the hand positioning right (and you have enough upper body strength) you should be able to do it no problem.
