hey rserton, i added a gradient in postproduction avid editing in the corners.

how good is the 24-70 for shallow depth of field and is vignetting a problem on the 7d?

the 24-70 is very good for shallow deph of filed - zoom out and get closer to the subjet is and you will get a superb depth of field ! vignetting is totally NOT a problem on the 7d. i added the vignetting in post production !
