i think your your asking something about attaching the propellor.

there is a hollow tube with a shaft running through the lengthof it,slotted into the crank end.

the other end goes through a bearing. an adaptor is fitted onto the end where the prop slides over.then a bolt is screwed on to apply pressure to the propellor to stop it frop free spinning.

that is a little 23cc homelite engine, the prop im sure was a 14x7 3blade as seen in my other video
