Yes... let's say only 1 because a mushroom is activated to quickly reach the finish line while you're still on the rock, and 1 mushroom is enough (watch some GV flap videos).

I'm almost certainly not going to, since this WR will be glitched very soon; the flap WR just got beaten by a second using the glitch, so it's only a matter of time until the 3lap follows suit. Kenny worked really hard for it, so he can have it while it lasts. Of course if the glitch hadn't been found I would've obviously tried to take it back.
