they've brought up Shisui's name out of nowhere with Danzo's fight... the last time (or only time, at least in the anime, not sure about the manga) they mentioned Shisui is when Sasuke has a flashback of some Konoha police guys arriving at his house and accusing Itachi of killing Shisui... it would be pointless to the story to bring up his name if he wasnt going to have some kind of influence later on, they could have named all the eyes that Danzo had, but they only named one... so, Shisui is it
