Ironically, if the crime were severe enough (murder, rape) it would actually overshadow the drinking from a straw. That's pretty messed up logic but I guess if the criminal is that bad, who cares what the judge drinks from? It would seem so trivial in comparison. why did he get 64 days credit for pre-trial custody, he was originally released on bail but he blew it when he violated his terms and was held in custody until his bail doubled. You shouldn't get credit for time served when you violate the terms of your bail.
