Why can't you calm your dog down? And why isn't your assistant properly protected? I'm pretty sure that training on such short a leash is not effective either. You can't even see whether Cali has enough force to knock down a 200+ lb man. Looks like she jumped on him without any force.

Why would I want to calm Cali down? The entire session there were threats being made, she shouldn't have been calm. The "assistant" was the trainer, he decided how much protection he needed, and also how to work her. He's trained dogs for muzzle work for police, military and personal protection, and this is how he starts them. You might like this video more, it was taken 2 sessions later.
